### Job Description – Branch Development Manager (BDM)

Qualification: Any Degree Experience

Salary: Up to ₹35,000 per month + Incentives

### Job Responsibilities

* Drive business development and achieve assigned sales targets.

* Lead, manage, and motivate the team.

* Conduct field visits and customer meetings.

* Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

* Monitor team performance and ensure target achievement.

* Coordinate interviews, recruitment, and team onboarding.

* Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates to management.

### Eligibility Criteria

* Minimum 4 years of banking sector experience.

* Experience in sales, team handling, and business development.

* Strong leadership and communication skills.





* Willingness to work in a field-based sales role.

### Job Nature

* 60% Field Work | 40% Branch / Office Work

* Field visits and customer acquisition are part of the role.
