Junior Merchandiser – Role & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with customers regarding orders, requirements and specifications.
- Follow up on samples, approvals and order confirmations.
- Coordinate with the production, purchase, fabric and printing departments.
- Prepare and maintain order sheets, BOM and merchandising reports.
- Monitor order status and production timelines.
- Follow up on fabric, trims and accessories.
- Ensure timely delivery of customer orders.
- Maintain regular communication with customers and suppliers.
- Handle order documentation and daily merchandising updates.
- Coordinate with the quality team to ensure customer requirements are met.
