Job Description
We are looking for a driven Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to join our fast-growing team in the medical aesthetics space. You will drive sales growth, expand market presence, and build strong relationships with dermatologists, plastic surgeons, and aesthetic clinics. This role involves owning your territory, managing distributors, and leading brand growth in your region.

Key Responsibilities

- Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets
- Develop and execute territory-wise sales strategies
- Build lasting relationships with dermatologists, plastic surgeons and aesthetic physicians
- Appoint, manage and motivate distributors and channel partners
- Conduct product demos, trainings, and CMEs/workshops with the marketing team
- Track market trends, competitor activity and customer feedback
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines





Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Science, Pharmacy, Biotechnology or a related field (MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred)
- 7–12 years of sales experience in aesthetic devices, dermatology or medical devices
- Strong sales, negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Sound understanding of the aesthetics/medical devices market
- Result-oriented, with strong planning and execution skills
- Willingness to travel extensively

Preferred Skills

- Experience with threads, injectables, lasers and dermatology products
- Existing network of dermatologists and plastic surgeons (a big plus)
