About the Job

We are looking for a friendly, sincere and responsible person to join our team as a Customer Coordination Executive at our Mumbai office.

The role is simple and mainly involves talking to customers, answering their basic queries, coordinating with our factory team and following up on customer orders.

No technical knowledge or engineering background is required. We are happy to train fresh candidates who are willing to learn and work with us for the long term.

Your Daily Responsibilities:

- Speak with customers over a phone regarding their orders.
- Share order updates and delivery information with customers.
- Coordinate with our production, dispatch and office teams.
- Follow up with the concerned team members to ensure pending work is completed on time.
- Maintain basic customer details and order records in Excel.
- Respond to routine customer queries politely.




- Keep track of pending customer requirements and provide regular updates.

Who Can Apply?

- Candidates who have completed 12th standard or graduation.
- Freshers are absolutely welcome.
- Basic computer knowledge is preferred.
- Comfortable making phone calls and using WhatsApp.
- Basic English communication skills are sufficient.
- Knowledge of Hindi or Gujarati will be an advantage.
- Should be polite, responsible, organised and willing to learn.

Important: No engineering degree, technical knowledge or prior industry experience is required.
