About the Role
You’ll work with our marketing team to create videos for Instagram, YouTube, and WhatsApp. These include student success stories, course explainers, flight training clips, and aviation career guidance. If you love aviation and editing, this role brings the two together.

Key Responsibilities

- Edit Reels, Shorts, and YouTube videos about pilot training, DGCA exams, and aviation careers
- Edit student testimonials and success stories so they are engaging and build trust
- Turn long videos such as webinars, counselling sessions, and Q&As; into short clips
- Add subtitles in English and Hindi, plus music, transitions, text overlays, and basic motion graphics
- Edit flight training and cockpit footage from our partner schools in India and abroad
- Create simple explainer videos on topics like “How to become a pilot after 12th,” costs, and timelines
- Design YouTube thumbnails and keep an organised library of footage




- Follow trends in aviation and education content on social media

Requirements

- Working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or CapCut
- A positive sense of storytelling, pacing, and hooks for short-form content
- Ability to handle several projects and meet deadlines
- Good written English. Hindi is a plus for subtitles.
- A portfolio or sample work is required (Google Drive, YouTube, or Instagram link)

Good to Have

- Interest in aviation
- Creating 2D motion Videos
- Basic After Effects or motion graphics skills
- Thumbnail design skills in Photoshop or Canva
- Experience shooting video on a phone or camera, such as interviews and B-roll
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a course in mass media, film, or design

Pay: From ₹5,000.00 per month
