G-Sports is looking for an energetic and motivated Telemarketing Executive to join our team.

The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential and existing customers, promoting our sports facilities and services, following up on enquiries, and supporting business growth.

Key Responsibilities

(1) Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.

(2) Follow up on customer enquiries and leads.

(3) Promote badminton court bookings, coaching programs, tournaments, and special offers.

(4) Convert customer enquiries into bookings and sales.

(5) Maintain customer call records and follow-up details.

(6) Provide polite, professional, and excellent customer service.

(7) Coordinate with the Front Office, Sales, and Operations teams.

(8) Achieve assigned calling and conversion targets.

Requirements

(1) Valuable communication skills.

(2) Ability to speak Kannada, English, and Hindi is preferred.

(3)



Good customer handling and convincing skills.

(4) Basic knowledge of computers and MS Excel.

(5) Previous experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service is preferred.

(6) Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.

Salary

₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month
Salary may vary based on experience and performance.
