We are looking for an experienced and qualified Factory Medical Officer (FMO) to join our team at a reputed industrial company in Pirpainti, Bihar.

Job Responsibilities

- Provide medical consultation and emergency medical care to employees at the Occupational Health Centre (OHC).
- Manage workplace medical emergencies and coordinate ambulance and referral services.
- Conduct routine health check-ups and maintain employee medical records.
- Monitor occupational health and workplace safety requirements.
- Maintain OHC documentation, medical registers, and reports.
- Coordinate with the HR, Safety, and Occupational Health teams.
- Ensure proper medical care and compliance with applicable occupational health requirements.

Eligibility Criteria

- Qualification: MBBS with valid registration from MCI/NMC or State Medical Council.
- Experience:



Minimum 4–6 years of relevant experience is mandatory.
- Experience in industrial healthcare, Factory Medical Services, or Occupational Health Centre (OHC) operations will be preferred.
- Strong clinical knowledge and emergency management skills.
- Good communication and documentation skills.
