We're Hiring: Liaison Officer – Government Approvals (DDA and Other Departments)

Bankey Bihari Social Welfare Society is setting up a recent hospital in Sector 22, Rohini, Delhi. We are looking for an experienced and honest Liaison Officer to handle all government approvals for the project.

Location: Sector 22, Rohini, Delhi

Experience: 5+ years in government liaison (hospital or institutional projects preferred)

Salary: ₹9 Lakh per annum (CTC)

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Land, building plan and completion matters with DDA

✅ Building sanction, occupancy certificate and health trade licence from MCD

✅ Fire NOC from Delhi Fire Service

✅ Pollution consent and biomedical waste authorisation from DPCC

✅ Hospital/nursing home registration with DGHS, Delhi Govt.

✅ Water and electricity connections from Delhi Jal Board and TPDDL

✅ Licences such as AERB, PC-PNDT, pharmacy and lift

✅ Support for later NABH accreditation and empanelments

What We're Looking For:

Graduate (Law, Civil Engineering or Hospital Administration preferred)





A track record of getting approvals from Delhi government departments

Knowledge of the Delhi Master Plan, building bye-laws and hospital licensing

Strong documentation and communication skills in Hindi and English

High integrity, with transparent and lawful work only
