We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Incharge to independently manage overall warehouse operations, inventory control, manpower, and dispatch activities. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth warehouse functioning, stock accuracy, timely order processing, and compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage overall warehouse operations, including inward, storage, picking, packing, and outward activities.
- Ensure proper inventory management and follow FIFO/FEFO practices to control product expiry and damage.
- Monitor daily stock movement and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Conduct regular physical stock audits and reconcile stock discrepancies.
- Ensure timely and accurate order processing and dispatch as per business requirements.
- Supervise warehouse staff, allocate responsibilities, and monitor team performance and productivity.
- Coordinate with sales, transport, and other departments to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
- Maintain proper documentation, including GRN, stock reports, dispatch records, and other operational documents.




- Ensure proper warehouse housekeeping, safety, security, and space utilisation.
- Monitor stock losses, damages, shortages, and expiry, and take corrective action.
- Prepare and share daily/weekly operational and inventory reports with management.

Required Qualifications & Experience

- Graduate or equivalent qualification.
- 4–6 years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably in the FMCG industry.
- Experience in independently handling warehouse operations and manpower.
- Valuable knowledge of inventory management, FIFO/FEFO, stock reconciliation, and dispatch processes.
- Working knowledge of SAP and MS Excel.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
