- Academic Counselling: Explain Narayana’s specific curriculum, digital learning tools, and integrated coaching frameworks (like IIT-JEE/NEET foundation programs) to visiting parents.
- Lead Conversion: Follow up rigorously via phone calls and emails with leads generated from field marketing, online ads, and walk-ins to convert them into confirmed admissions.
- Walk-In Management: Welcome visiting parents, conduct school campus tours,



showcase infrastructure (labs, classrooms), and guide them smoothly through the registration process.
- Admission Operations: Manage the entire enrolment workflow, including conducting baseline student assessment tests, evaluating documents, collecting fees, and issuing admission kits.
- CRM Data Management: Maintain daily records of parent interactions, follow-up statuses, and admission metrics in the school's central database software.
