Job Description

Industry Specific Skills Oil & Gas industry, Fabrication & Construction (Offshore)

Responsibilities

- Develop, qualify, and approve NDT procedures.

- Establish techniques and ensure compliance with applicable codes and standards (ASME, AWS, ASTM, etc.)

- Procedure demonstration by validating PAUT and TOFD blocks, as per the customer requirements and codes/standards.

- Review Inspection reports and certificates

- Train and supervise Level I and II technicians as per Company written practice





- Ensure personnel understand procedures and techniques thoroughly.

- Maintain and audit quality manuals and NDT documentation.

- Resolve Day to day problems at site in coordination with Client.

- Conduct detailed reviews and approvals of inspection data to ensure accuracy and compliance with customer requirements and industry standards.

- Develop, prepare, and approve procedures for all Advanced NDT related services, as per the customer requirements and codes/standards.

- Carry out investigation and provide correction / corrective actions for non- conformances/customer complaints.

- Carryout technical audits / witness monitoring. Data Interpretation and reporting.
