Job Profile

- Conduct field visits to customers for EMI collection.
- Ensure timely collection and recovery of overdue payments.
- Maintain healthy customer relationships.
- Handle customer queries and resolve collection-related issues.
- Submit regular collection reports to the concerned authority.
- Achieve monthly collection and recovery targets.

Eligibility Criteria

- Qualification: Graduate in any stream.
- Experience: 0–3 years. Freshers can also apply.
- Positive communication and customer-handling skills.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned area.
- Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
