Job Overview

We are looking for a confident and energetic Telecaller with good communication skills to connect with potential customers, generate leads, and promote company products and services over the phone.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads.
- Explain company products and services to prospective clients.
- Handle incoming calls and customer inquiries.
- Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.
- Identify customer requirements and provide relevant information.
- Maintain call records and update customer databases.




- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.

Required Skills

- 1–3 years of experience in Telecalling or Customer Support.
- Positive verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Strong convincing and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.
- Ability to handle customer queries professionally.
- Positive attitude and target-oriented approach.
