Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator to manage and coordinate packaging projects from order confirmation to final delivery. The role involves working closely with customers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution, timely completion, and effective communication at every stage.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate packaging projects from order confirmation through production, quality checks, dispatch, and final delivery.
- Prepare and maintain project schedules, order trackers, and status reports to ensure all milestones and deadlines are met.
- Coordinate with customers, vendors, and internal teams, including Purchase, Design, Production, Quality, and Logistics.
- Follow up on material availability, artwork approvals, production readiness, and dispatch documentation.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential delays or operational issues, and escalate them to the concerned teams for timely resolution.




- Maintain proper documentation of customer requirements, project updates, changes, approvals, and pending activities.
- Ensure effective communication and coordination between all stakeholders for smooth project execution and timely delivery.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Experience in project coordination, operations, or order management.
- Experience in the packaging or flexible packaging industry will be preferred.
- Understanding of production processes, material planning, and dispatch coordination will be an added advantage.
- Candidates should have positive communication skills and the ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
