Key Roles & Responsibilities

GRN (Goods Receipt Note) Activities

- Prepare and process GRNs for all incoming materials, tools, consumables and other items.
- Verify received materials against Purchase Orders (PO), delivery challans and supplier invoices.
- Check material quantity, specifications and basic documentation at the time of receipt.
- Coordinate with the Quality Department for material inspection and approval.
- Maintain records of rejected, damaged, excess and short-supplied materials.
- Ensure timely GRN preparation and proper documentation.
- Follow up with the Purchase Department regarding discrepancies in received materials.

ERP Operations

- Perform daily material inward and outward entries in the ERP system.
- Create and update GRNs, purchase orders, material issue slips and stock transactions.
- Maintain accurate inventory data in the ERP system.
- Update material codes, item descriptions, quantities and supplier details.
- Monitor pending GRNs and ensure timely system updates.
- Generate stock reports, inward reports and inventory-related MIS.




- Ensure proper documentation and accuracy of all ERP transactions.

Inventory & Documentation

- Maintain proper records of material inward and outward movements.
- Support physical stock verification and inventory reconciliation.
- Identify discrepancies between physical stock and ERP stock.
- Maintain proper filing of invoices, delivery challans, inspection reports and GRN copies.
- Ensure traceability of materials through proper documentation.

Coordination & Communication

- Coordinate with Purchase, Stores, Quality, Accounts and Production departments.
- Follow up with suppliers for pending documents and material-related discrepancies.
- Provide daily inward and GRN status reports to the reporting manager.

Support internal audits and inventory-related documentation requirements

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
