About the Role

Zouk is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Store Manager to lead its retail store operations in Delhi. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in organised retail, team management, sales performance and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day store operations and ensure smooth functioning.
- Drive store sales, revenue targets and overall business performance.
- Lead, motivate and manage the store sales team.
- Ensure excellent customer service and customer experience.
- Manage inventory, stock replenishment and visual merchandising.
- Monitor daily sales reports, conversion rates and store performance.
- Handle customer queries, complaints and escalations.




- Ensure adherence to company policies and retail operational standards.

Candidate Requirements

- 4–6 years of experience in organised retail.
- Prior experience managing a retail store or handling store operations.
- Experience in fashion, lifestyle, handbags, accessories or footwear retail preferred.
- Strong team management and sales-driven approach.
- Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.
- Candidates currently based in Delhi preferred

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
