Job Description – Warehouse Supervisor

Job Responsibilities

- Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing and dispatch.
- Manage inward/outward material entries and maintain proper documentation.
- Ensure inventory accuracy and conduct regular physical stock verification.
- Maintain GRN, delivery challans, stock transfer and dispatch records.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Sales, Accounts and other departments.
- Ensure timely ERP/software entries and maintain MIS and stock reports.
- Supervise warehouse staff and allocate daily tasks.
- Monitor damaged, returned or excess materials and report discrepancies.
- Maintain proper safety, housekeeping and material-handling standards.

Required Skills





- 2–4 years of experience in Warehouse, Inventory or Stores Operations.
- Positive knowledge of inventory management and warehouse processes.
- Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word and Email.
- Basic knowledge of ERP / Inventory Management Software.
- Good communication, team handling and coordination skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to resolve stock discrepancies.

Qualification

Graduate / Diploma in any relevant discipline. Candidates with knowledge of Logistics, Supply Chain or Warehouse Management will be preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
