URGENT INTERVIEWS – 6th & 7th NOVEMBER 2026

We are urgently looking for experienced Retail Billing Executives for a reputed furniture retail organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle end-to-end retail showroom billing and customer invoicing.
- Generate GST invoices using Tally Prime.
- Process daily sales transactions and maintain accurate billing records.
- Handle cash, UPI, debit/credit card and other customer payments.
- Perform daily cash closing and reconcile collections against sales.
- Maintain sales returns, credit notes and debit notes.
- Coordinate with showroom staff for billing, delivery documentation and stock movements.
- Maintain billing-related inventory records and prepare daily sales and collection reports.
- Ensure accuracy in billing, payment reconciliation and documentation.

Eligibility Criteria:

- Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on retail showroom billing experience.
- Experience in furniture,



home décor, electronics, consumer durables, lifestyle or other organised retail sectors.
- Tally Prime and GST billing proficiency are mandatory.
- Experience handling POS transactions, cash/card/UPI payments and daily reconciliation.
- Good numerical accuracy and basic MS Excel proficiency.
- Ability to independently manage showroom billing operations.
- Comfortable working during weekends, with one weekday off.
- Immediate or short-notice joiners preferred.

Significant: This is a dedicated Retail Billing Executive position.
