About the Role

Bachan Gas Service is looking for a confident, enthusiastic, and customer-focused Calling Executive (Telecaller) to join our team in Ludhiana.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a skilled attitude, and the ability to manage customer calls, inquiries, and follow-ups efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
- Handle incoming customer inquiries professionally.
- Assist customers with LPG cylinder booking inquiries, delivery updates, and service-related information.
- Follow up with customers regarding bookings and service requests.
- Maintain accurate customer records and daily calling reports.
- Coordinate with the delivery and operations team to ensure smooth customer service.
- Address customer concerns and escalate complaints when necessary.
- Maintain positive relationships with customers.

Candidate Requirements





- Good communication skills in Hindi and Punjabi.
- Basic English communication skills preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel.
- Polite, confident, and customer-friendly personality.
- Good listening and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple calls and customer inquiries.
- Previous experience in telecalling or customer support is an advantage.
