Job Title: Store Executive

Department: Store & Warehouse

Location: Rai, Sonipat, Haryana

Experience: 1–3 Years

Qualification: Graduate / Diploma (Any Stream)Industry

Preference: Manufacturing / Food / Poultry / FMCG

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily store and warehouse operations.
- Maintain accurate records of stock, inventory, and material movement.
- Handle material inward and outward entries and verify received materials.
- Maintain stock registers and update inventory records in MS Excel.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate for timely material replenishment.
- Ensure proper storage, labelling, and arrangement of materials.
- Prepare GRN (Goods Receipt Note), material issue slips, and stock reports.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies.
- Coordinate with purchase, production, accounts, and other departments.
- Ensure proper housekeeping, safety, and discipline in the warehouse.
- Maintain proper documentation of purchase orders, invoices, and delivery challans.

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
