Job Description: Relationship Manager

Key Responsibilities

- Acquire new customers and build solid banking relationships.
- Identify customer financial needs and recommend suitable banking products.
- Promote and cross-sell savings accounts, current accounts, loans, investment and wealth management products.
- Manage customer portfolios and maintain long-term relationships.
- Achieve assigned sales and business development targets.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with banking policies.
- Deliver excellent customer service and maintain customer satisfaction.

Eligibility Criteria

- Graduate or postgraduate from a recognised university.
- Minimum 50% marks in graduation/postgraduation.
- Age between 25 and 35 years.




- Minimum 3 years of work experience in sales.
- At least 2 years of experience in the Banking, Financial Services and Insurance (BFSI) sector.
- Good communication, interpersonal and relationship management skills.
- Willingness to work anywhere in India.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
