Key Responsibilities

- Manage complete plant operations, production, quality, safety and costs.
- Handle PET, PP and HDPE washing, shredding, drying, extrusion and pelletising lines.
- Improve production efficiency, material recovery and product quality.
- Minimise material loss, power consumption and machine downtime.
- Manage machinery maintenance and troubleshoot operational issues.
- Lead operators, supervisors and technicians.
- Ensure safety, pollution control and regulatory compliance.
- Monitor production, stock, yield and operating costs.

Requirements

- Hands-on experience in PET, PP or HDPE plastic recycling plants.
- Knowledge of washing, shredding, extrusion and pelletising processes.
- Experience in machinery operation, maintenance and team management.
- Diploma/B.Tech in Mechanical, Chemical, Plastic or Polymer Engineering .

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹950,000.00 per year
