Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Product Sales Associate to manage the complete end-to-end sales cycle. The candidate should have robust expertise in B2B sales, lead generation, prospecting, and client acquisition, along with hands-on experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify and engage potential clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to negotiation and deal closure.
- Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator extensively to identify, research, and connect with potential decision-makers.
- Generate qualified B2B leads through LinkedIn, cold calling, email campaigns, and networking.
- Identify target industries, companies, and key stakeholders.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations for prospective clients.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Engage with prospects through LinkedIn outreach, emails, calls, and follow-ups.
- Understand customer requirements and propose suitable product solutions.
- Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and commercial negotiations.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue and sales targets.
- Maintain accurate lead and opportunity records in CRM.




- Build long-term relationships with clients and manage post-sales coordination.

Required Skills & Expertise

- 3–5 years of experience in B2B Product Sales / Business Development.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator (Mandatory) .
- Strong expertise in lead generation, prospecting, and client acquisition.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to convert leads into paying customers.
- Experience managing the complete end-to-end sales cycle.
- Good understanding of CRM tools and sales pipeline management.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.

Educational Qualification

- Graduate in any discipline.
- MBA in Marketing or Sales will be an added advantage.

- Experience connecting with CXOs, founders, business owners, and decision-makers.
