About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Cybersecurity Trainer to lead our technology skilling programme in Bhopal. In this role, you will bridge the gap between academic learning and industry requirements by delivering hands-on technical training, guiding practical lab sessions, and preparing learners for career readiness in cybersecurity, network security, and Security Operations Center (SOC) roles.

Key Responsibilities

- Curriculum Delivery: Deliver comprehensive, high-quality instruction covering the 10-module Cybersecurity - curriculum, ensuring a strong practical and application-oriented approach.
- Hands-on & Lab Instruction: Conduct interactive practical sessions, tool demonstrations, and guided laboratories covering network security, system hardening, endpoint protection, and security monitoring.
- Project Mentorship: Guide learners through their end-to-end industry projects involving security assessment, monitoring, incident investigation, or security implementation.
- Employability & Career Development: Integrate parallel employability layers—including technical interview practice, mock interviews, resume development, and professional mentorship—to ensure job readiness.
- Assessment & Progress Tracking: Evaluate student performance through regular assessments, simulations, and group discussions, providing constructive feedback to improve technical and soft skills.

Core Curriculum Topics to Teach

As a trainer, you will facilitate training across the structured module framework:

- Cybersecurity Fundamentals & Operations: CIA triad, threat landscape,



attack surfaces, security controls, risk concepts, and SOC roles.
- Networking & Network Security: TCP/IP, OSI model, ports/services, routing, firewalls, VPN, and network monitoring.
- System & Endpoint Security: Windows/Linux security, system hardening, user privileges, patch management, and endpoint monitoring.
- Identity & Access Management (IAM): Authentication, authorization, MFA, RBAC, privileged access, and identity security.
- Vulnerability Assessment & Testing: CVE/CVSS fundamentals, scanning, asset identification, risk classification, and remediation reporting.
- Web & Application Security: OWASP concepts, HTTP/HTTPS, authentication security, input validation, and secure coding principles.
- Security Monitoring & SIEM: Log analysis, SIEM concepts, dashboards, correlation rules, and alert triage.
- Threat Intelligence & Incident Response: IOCs, TTPs, threat analysis, and the incident response lifecycle (containment, eradication, recovery).
- Cloud Security & Automation: Cloud IAM, shared responsibility model, security configuration logging, and Python/scripting automation basics.
- Industry Capstone Project: Mentoring learners on practical end-to-end security projects.

Candidate Qualifications & Requirements

- Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, Physics, or a related technical field, with qualified experience in cybersecurity, IT security, network administration, or technical training.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong conceptual and hands-on knowledge of networking protocols, Linux/Windows administration, vulnerability assessment, SIEM tools, and basic security scripting (Python).
- Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication skills with a passion for teaching, mentoring students, and fostering an engaging learning environment.
- Employability Focus: Ability to instill workplace etiquette, professional conduct, and interview preparedness in early-career learners.

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
