About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Stock Executive to manage our jewellery inventory with complete accuracy and security. You will be responsible for receiving, recording, tracking and reconciling stock across the showroom and warehouse, ensuring every piece is accounted for and available when customers need it.

Key Responsibilities

- Receive, verify and tag incoming jewellery stock (gold, diamond, silver and fashion jewellery) against purchase orders, invoices and weight/quality certificates.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date stock records in the inventory software/ERP, including item codes, gross and net weights, purity and pricing.
- Handle stock transfers between warehouse, showrooms and vendors with proper documentation and sign-offs.
- Conduct daily, weekly and monthly physical stock counts and reconcile them with system records; investigate and report discrepancies promptly.
- Ensure secure storage, handling and display of high-value items in line with company safety and insurance protocols.
- Coordinate with sales, billing and purchase teams to track fast-moving, slow-moving and out-of-stock items.
- Manage stock issued for exhibitions, customer approvals, repairs, hallmarking and manufacturing/karigar work, tracking each item until it returns.
- Prepare regular stock reports (stock ageing, movement, shortage/excess) for management.




- Monitor minimum stock levels and raise replenishment requests in time.
- Maintain records of returns, damages and rejections, and coordinate with vendors for resolution.
- Support internal and external audits by providing accurate documentation.
- Follow SOPs for security, CCTV coverage, key and locker control, and entry/exit checks.

Required Qualifications & Experience

- Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration or a related field (B.Com preferred).
- 2–3 years of experience in stock/inventory management, preferably in jewellery, retail or luxury goods.
- Working knowledge of jewellery terms: gross/net weight, purity (karat), making charges, stone weight, hallmarking, BIS standards.
- Experience using inventory/ERP or billing software (e.g., Tally, Marg, Busy or a jewellery-specific ERP).
- Proficiency in MS Excel (formulas, pivot tables, basic reporting).

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
