We are looking for a Program Coordinator who shares Mann Talks' aspiration of building an accessible, inclusive and holistic mental health care infrastructure in India. The ideal candidate will be proactive, resourceful and comfortable navigating a dynamic environment, with the ability to combine strategic thinking with hands-on program management.

The candidate will work closely with the leadership team to oversee, strengthen and scale existing programs while supporting the development of new initiatives. Key responsibilities will include:

- Program Strategy and Development: Supporting the ideation, strategic planning and execution of new programs and initiatives in alignment with the organisation's objectives.
- Partnerships and External Engagement: Identifying, developing and managing partnerships and collaborations with corporates, NGOs, government institutions, hospitals and other clinical establishments. Representing Mann Talks at external platforms, events, workshops and stakeholder meetings.
- Program and Team Management: Overseeing the performance of Program Officers, providing guidance and ensuring effective program implementation and delivery.
- Counselling Services and Clinical Coordination: Working with the Director to oversee service delivery operations, support the development of new protocols and review existing ones, facilitate supervision and assist with the training of new counsellors. Provide long-term therapy on dedicated days via Mann Ki Therapy.
- Monitoring, Evaluation and Reporting: Tracking relevant program metrics, monitoring performance and conversion, analysing impact and preparing periodic reports to assess progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Growth and Sustainability:



Taking ownership of program growth and revenue goals, identifying opportunities to strengthen service uptake.
- Content and Knowledge Development: Contributing to content development for digital platforms, newsletters and research publications.

The role may also involve taking up additional responsibilities and assignments in line with organisational priorities.

Desirous Candidates Must:

- Possess a Master's degree in Counselling Psychology or Clinical Psychology.
- Have at least 12 years of relevant professional experience, particularly in managing and scaling programs, supporting institutional partnerships, building collaborations or managing similar initiatives.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of the mental health sector in India, including therapeutic processes, counselling skills and psychotherapy. Be familiar with rights-based, intersectional and trauma-informed approaches to mental health and counselling.
- Have experience in project management, team leadership and mentoring teams.
- Demonstrate robust ownership, initiative and the ability to independently drive projects from conceptualisation to implementation.
- Possess excellent interpersonal, communication and stakeholder management skills
- Be able to think strategically while managing implementation in a fast-paced environment.
- Be comfortable with data management, analysis, monitoring and evaluation, and using metrics to inform program decisions.
- Be willing to commit to the role for a minimum of 2 years.
- Be comfortable working from a physical office space and travelling as required for program implementation and outreach activities

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
