Job Summary

Abija Exports is looking for an experienced and responsible Warehouse Incharge to manage daily warehouse operations, maintain inventory, plan dispatch activities, supervise warehouse staff and coordinate with the production department.

Key Responsibilities

1. Daily Warehouse Management

- Manage and monitor daily warehouse operations.
- Ensure proper storage and arrangement of materials and finished goods.
- Maintain warehouse discipline, cleanliness and safety.

2. Stock & Inventory Management

- Maintain accurate daily stock records.
- Monitor inward and outward stock movements.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification.
- Identify stock shortages, excess stock and discrepancies.
- Maintain size-wise, colour-wise and product-wise stock details.

3. Dispatch Planning & Management

- Prepare and manage daily dispatch programmes.
- Coordinate with sales, production and logistics teams.
- Ensure correct product quantity, packing, labelling and documentation.
- Monitor pending orders and dispatch schedules.

4. Warehouse Staff Management

- Supervise and allocate daily responsibilities to warehouse staff.
- Monitor attendance, work performance and productivity.
- Ensure proper coordination and discipline among warehouse employees.




- Manage manpower requirements according to daily workload.

5. Warehouse Requirements & Maintenance

- Identify and arrange daily warehouse requirements.
- Monitor packing materials and essential supplies.
- Maintain warehouse equipment and storage arrangements.
- Ensure smooth functioning of warehouse activities.

6. Production Planning & Coordination

- Review available stock and finished goods inventory.
- Suggest production requirements based on current stock availability and pending orders.
- Coordinate with production to avoid stock shortages and excess inventory.
- Provide regular stock updates to management for production planning.

Experience

Minimum 5 years of warehouse management experience. Experience in textile, garment manufacturing or apparel export companies preferred.

Salary

₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month, based on experience and skills.
