A Telecaller (or Tele-Counsellor) at Narayana Schools acts as the crucial first point of contact for the institution, operating purely on the phone to feed the branch's admission pipeline. While Field PROs gather data outside and Admission Counsellors close deals face-to-face, the Telecaller’s entire focus is on high-volume outbound calling, lead nurturing, and scheduling campus walk-ins

Key Requirements

- Traits & Skills: Exceptional phone etiquette, a polite yet persuasive speaking voice, high convincing power, and a resilient, target-oriented approach.
- Multilingual Fluency: Robust command of the regional local language (e.g., Hindi, Telugu, Bengali, or Punjabi depending on the branch zone) along with functional English to seamlessly converse with a diverse parent demographic.
- Tech Literacy: Comfort handling basic computer operations, standard data registers, and spreadsheets (MS Excel)

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
