Industry: Food Testing Laboratory / NABL-Accredited Laboratory

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Sample Entry Executive to handle sample registration, data entry, and documentation activities in our food testing laboratory. The candidate will be responsible for accurately recording sample details and coordinating with laboratory departments.

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Receive and register samples received from clients.

2. Enter sample details accurately into the laboratory software/system.

3. Verify sample details, client information, and testing requirements.

4. Generate sample registration numbers and sample labels.

5. Coordinate with the laboratory team for sample distribution and testing.

6. Maintain sample receipt records and related documentation.

Ensure proper sample identification and traceability as per NABL requirements.

8. Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of client and sample information.

9. Coordinate with the customer service and laboratory teams regarding sample-related queries.

10. Follow laboratory procedures and quality management system requirements.

Required Skills

- Any graduate can apply.

- Freshers are welcome.

- Basic computer knowledge and MS Excel skills.

- Good typing speed and data entry accuracy.

- Good communication and coordination skills.

- Attention to detail and willingness to learn.

- Ability to maintain records and documentation.
