Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Sales Executive with strong communication and convincing skills to generate leads, acquire customers, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate leads through cold calling, referrals, and online platforms.
- Promote company products and services to potential customers.
- Handle customer queries and understand their requirements.
- Follow up with leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Maintain sales records and customer databases.

Required Skills

- 1–3 years of experience in Sales or Customer Acquisition.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong convincing and client-handling abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
- Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.
