Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Store Manager to manage our supermarket operations at Changanassery, Kottayam. The ideal candidate should have strong retail management experience, leadership skills, and the ability to manage day-to-day store operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage overall store operations and ensure smooth daily functioning.
- Lead, supervise, and motivate store employees.
- Monitor sales performance and achieve business targets.
- Ensure proper inventory management, stock availability, and replenishment.
- Maintain excellent customer service and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure proper merchandising, product display, and store standards.
- Monitor staff attendance, discipline, and productivity.




- Coordinate with the Head Office and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Control operational expenses and minimize stock loss and wastage.

Requirements

- Relevant experience in the retail sector is mandatory.
- Experience in supermarket or hypermarket operations will be an added advantage.
- Robust leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Good knowledge of inventory management, sales, and store operations.
- Ability to handle store operations independently and achieve business targets.
