Role Overview

Essential Skills

- Excellent English Communication: Strong command of spoken and written English, with clarity, fluency, and confidence.
- Training Commitment: Comfortable attending a 10-day unpaid, onsite training program.




- Quick Thinking & Logical Ability: Strong logical reasoning, sharp analytical skills, and the ability to think on your feet and respond quickly.
- Customer Interaction: Confidence and comfort in communicating with US-based customers.
- Sales Mindset: Genuine passion for sales, customer engagement, negotiation, and converting opportunities into successful bookings.
- Learning & Adaptability: Strong willingness to learn, accept feedback, adapt quickly, and continuously improve.
- Night Shift Flexibility: Willingness to work night shifts from the office, aligned with US business hours.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

- Build Customer Relationships: Establish rapport, build trust, and develop strong relationships with prospective customers.
- Understand Customer Needs: Identify customers' travel preferences, requirements, and budgets to recommend suitable flight options and travel solutions.
- Consultative Selling: Present and promote travel solutions effectively by understanding customer needs and highlighting the value of suitable offerings.
- Customer Query Management: Handle customer enquiries, concerns, and objections confidently and professionally.
- Negotiation & Sales Conversion: Negotiate effectively, overcome objections,



and convert prospective customers into successful bookings.
- Sales Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, follow-ups, sales pipelines, and booking activities.
