Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Air Documentation to manage documentation and operational coordination for air import and export shipments. The candidate should have a good understanding of air freight procedures, shipping documentation, and coordination with airlines, customers, agents, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle documentation for air import and export shipments.
- Prepare and verify Air Waybills (MAWB & HAWB).
- Prepare and maintain commercial invoices, packing lists, and other shipping documents.
- Coordinate with airlines, overseas agents, customers, and internal operations teams.
- Handle pre-alerts and shipment-related documentation.
- Track shipment status and provide timely updates to customers.
- Coordinate for customs clearance documentation and related formalities.
- Maintain accurate shipment records and documentation files.




- Ensure all documents are prepared accurately and submitted within deadlines.
- Assist the operations team in resolving documentation-related queries.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Graduate in any discipline; logistics or supply chain qualification is preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience in air freight documentation or freight forwarding.
- Basic knowledge of air import and export procedures.
- Familiarity with MAWB, HAWB, commercial invoices, and packing lists.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
