To manage and control end-to-end EV depot operations, ensuring maximum bus availability, on-time deployment, effective charging management, manpower utilization, maintenance coordination, safety compliance and achievement of contractual SLA/KPI targets.

- Fleet Operations & Deployment
- Ensure daily bus deployment as per operational schedules.
- Monitor bus scheduling, route allocation and duty completion.
- Ensure timely reporting and resolution of operational issues.
- Coordinate preventive and breakdown maintenance.
- Monitor vehicle breakdowns, repeat failures and MTTR.
- Ensure proper maintenance records and vehicle fitness.
- Coordinate with OEM technical teams for timely resolution.
- Manage drivers, supervisors, technicians and support staff.
- Ensure 100% driver availability against scheduled duties.
- Ensure driver training and performance evaluation.




- Monitor daily contractual SLA/KPI performance.
- Maintain bus availability and operational efficiency.
- Ensure zero-accident operational environment.
- Monitor driver documentation and statutory compliance.
- Conduct safety briefings and toolbox meetings.
- Ensure fire safety, emergency response and depot discipline.
- Monitor depot-level operating expenses.
- Track revenue, billing data, penalties and outstanding issues.
- Support monthly P&L; and budget reviews.
- Coordinate with officials and depot authorities.
- Ensure timely submission of MIS and operational reports.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
