Operation Associate – Cinema Operations

Job Location:
Ansa City Centre Mall, 987/981, Near Ajnara Integrity, Noor Nagar, Raj Nagar Extension, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh.

Job Purpose

To ensure a smooth and enjoyable cinema experience for guests by managing ticket bookings, food & beverage services and customer interactions while maintaining high standards of hygiene, guest satisfaction and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle movie ticket bookings and food & beverage counters.
- Take and serve food and beverage orders.
- Assist guests with their queries and provide a pleasant customer experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene at food counters and cinema premises.
- Follow company safety standards and operational procedures.
- Support the team during peak hours, weekends and special events.
- Ensure excellent guest service and smooth day-to-day cinema operations.

Qualifications & Skills

- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Experience in QSR, restaurants, hotels,



retail or hospitality will be preferred.
- Positive communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Customer-friendly attitude and willingness to work in a team.
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts, weekends and holidays.

Compensation & Benefits

- Monthly CTC: ₹20,000
- Approx. In-Hand Salary: ₹16,000
- PF & ESI benefits as applicable.
- Additional Night Shift Allowance.
