Job Responsibilities:
- Receive, verify, and store incoming materials and goods.
- Maintain proper stock records and inventory registers.
- Issue materials to departments based on approved requisitions.
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages or excess stock.
- Ensure proper storage, identification, and arrangement of materials.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification.
- Maintain inward and outward material records.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Production, and Accounts departments.
- Ensure store cleanliness, safety, and proper material handling.
- Report damaged, expired, or missing materials to the Store In-charge
