About the role:

A technical support trainee is responsible for onboarding & setting up Superfone’s CRM, Whatsapp API and other capabilities immediately after payment, providing exceptional technical support and troubleshooting complex issues.

The ideal candidate is a competitive self-starter with a technology bent of mind who understands tools and enjoys talking with customers to help them achieve their needs.

Job responsibilities:

● Understand Superfone’s product capabilities, integration possibilities & limitations.

● Contact customers immediately after payment and understand their use case and workflows.● Map the requirements to the Superfone’s product capabilities and guide the customers

● Integrations and troubleshooting of CRM tools, Whatsapp API, and AI agents.

● Use webhooks, APIs,



integrations & Superfone tools to complete the customer setup

● Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively.

● Troubleshoot technical problems and identify root causes.

● Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams.

● Document all pertinent customer information and conversations into CRM

● Demonstrate great customer service, communication skills & ownership on tasks given.

Mandatory requirements:

●Should understand and have worked with basic technology / engineering concepts — how APIs work, request/response structures, webhooks, and be able to write basic scripting.

●Candidates who have used tools like Google Apps Script or similar platforms, or have tinkered with AI tools to build simple projects or automate tasks on their own will be strongly preferred

● Should be able to speak English and Hindi fluently

● Excellent communications skills over video meetings & follow up over email & Whatsapp

● Good with basic software like Excel / Docs / MS Office etc

● Candidates should have an android smartphone. Please note that the company does not provide one. If you don't own an android device, you will need to arrange one before joining.

● Exposure to PABBLY, POSTMAN or Meta Platforms is a plus

What we offer:

● During Trainee period: 20k Fixed + 5k Incentive

● Duration: 3 months

● Post Conversion: 4.8- 4.94 LPA

● Structured on-the-job training for operations, customer handling while learning about Software (SaaS) products and developing a customer centric mindset.

● Full time employment based on performance

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹494,000.00 per year
