1. Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated, confident, and result-oriented Admission Counsellor to guide prospective students and parents through the admission process. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, counselling students, explaining courses and programmes, converting enquiries into admissions, and maintaining strong relationships with students and parents.

2. Key Responsibilities

- Handle incoming enquiries through calls, walk-ins, emails, and online platforms.
- Counsel students and parents regarding courses, programmes, eligibility, and career opportunities.
- Explain admission procedures, fee structures, scholarships, and payment options.
- Follow up with prospective students and convert leads into confirmed admissions.
- Maintain and update student enquiry and admission records in CRM or Excel.
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.




- Coordinate with the academic and administrative departments.
- Organise seminars, education fairs, and admission-related activities.
- Ensure a smooth and positive admission experience for students.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly admission reports.

3. Required Skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Solid convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Good presentation and counselling skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, Excel, and CRM.
- Ability to handle student and parent queries.
- Good follow-up and relationship management skills.

4. Educational Qualification

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Relevant counselling or admission experience will be an added advantage.

5. Experience

- 3-4 years of experience in education counselling, sales, tele calling, or admission counselling preferred.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
