- Social Media Management
- Create and publish engaging content on Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn.
- Develop creative posts, captions, stories and promotional content.
- Increase organic reach, followers, and audience engagement.
- Research trending topics and relevant hashtags.
- Online Reputation & Review Management
- Help improve the company's online reputation.
- Identify genuine opportunities to encourage customers and business associates to share honest feedback.
- Monitor and respond to existing reviews professionally.
- Maintain a record of reviews received across relevant platforms.
- Never create fake reviews or use misleading engagement practices.
- Website Traffic & SEO
- Identify opportunities to increase organic website traffic.
- Share website content through relevant social media channels.
- Conduct basic keyword and competitor research.
- Suggest improvements in website content and search engine visibility.
- Track website visits and engagement wherever analytics access is provided.
- Digital Marketing Research
- Research competitors' social media activities.
- Identify relevant online communities and business directories.
- Suggest recent digital marketing strategies to improve brand visibility.

Internship Deliverables (7 Days)

- Social media content calendar.




- Minimum 7 creative social media posts.
- Website traffic improvement suggestions.
- Basic SEO and keyword research report.
- Online review monitoring and reputation management report.
- Final 7-day performance and activity report.

Required Skills

- Basic knowledge of Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn.
- Good written communication skills.
- Creativity and an interest in digital marketing.
- Basic knowledge of Canva is preferred.
- Knowledge of SEO and Google Analytics is an advantage.
- Willingness to learn and work independently.
