The Infinity Estate is an independent real estate channel-partner and property advisory brand focused on property marketing, customer assistance, sales and business development.

We are looking for a confident and result-oriented Sales Manager / Team Leader who can lead our sales team, generate business opportunities, manage clients and drive property sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, manage and motivate the sales team.
- Generate and convert leads for residential plots, flats, commercial shops and office spaces.
- Handle customer calls, meetings, site visits and follow-ups.
- Build and maintain relationships with property buyers, investors and channel partners.
- Train team members in sales techniques, customer handling and closing.
- Monitor daily sales activities, lead status and team performance.
- Achieve monthly sales and booking targets.
- Coordinate with developers and project representatives for pricing, inventory and booking updates.
- Prepare daily and weekly sales reports.
- Support the team in negotiations and deal closures.

Required Skills

- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Leadership and team-management ability.
- Knowledge of real estate sales and customer handling.




- Target-oriented and self-motivated attitude.
- Ability to manage leads and follow-ups.
- Basic knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets and CRM tools.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.

Eligibility

- Graduate preferred.
- 2–5 years of relevant sales experience preferred.
- Real estate experience will be an advantage.
- Candidates with strong sales and leadership experience from other industries may also apply.
- Must have a professional attitude and willingness to work with targets.
