Job Summary

We are looking for a Tally Support Executive to provide software support and assistance to clients at their locations. The candidate should have knowledge of Tally software, good communication skills and the ability to troubleshoot client issues.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Visit client locations and provide Tally software support.
- Assist clients with Tally Prime and Sales Tally software.
- Handle software installation, configuration and troubleshooting.
- Resolve client queries and software-related issues.




- Provide basic software guidance and training to clients.
- Maintain good client relationships and ensure timely support.

Required Skills

- Knowledge of Tally Prime / Tally ERP.
- Basic MS Excel knowledge..
- Willingness to travel to client locations.

Eligibility

- Any degree.
- 1–2 years of relevant experience.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
