Role Overview

We are hiring a Management Trainee – Business Analyst (BFSI) who will work closely with the product, technology, and business teams to understand financial services processes and translate them into scalable automation and AI-driven solutions.

This role is ideal for candidates who are analytical, detail-oriented, and interested in understanding how banking and financial operations work, while contributing to real client projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Study and understand core BFSI processes such as lending, collections, onboarding, KYC, and customer service

- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from internal teams and clients • Prepare business requirement documents (BRDs), process flows, and functional specifications

- Work with product and engineering teams to translate business needs into technical solutions • Assist in solution design for automation and AI-driven use cases

- Support presales and delivery teams with process analysis and solution documentation

- Participate in client calls, requirement workshops, and solution discussions

- Conduct data analysis, process mapping, and performance insights for client projects

- Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders

- Maintain documentation for projects, use cases, and solution implementations Core Requirements

- Strong analytical and logical thinking ability

- Interest in BFSI, fintech,



automation, and AI-driven business processes

- Ability to understand business problems and break them into structured solutions

- Good written and spoken English communication skills

- Attention to detail and structured documentation skills

- Willingness to learn quickly and take ownership of tasks

Skills & Competencies Functional

- Basic understanding of banking, NBFC, or financial services operations

- Knowledge of business analysis concepts such as requirement gathering and process mapping

- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and documentation tools

- Exposure to SQL, data analysis, or automation tools is a plus Soft Skills

- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset

- Structured thinking and attention to detail • Professional communication and stakeholder handling

- High learning agility and accountability

Educational Qualifications

- MBA (Finance / Operations / Business Analytics) or equivalent

- Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience can apply

- Candidates with exposure to BFSI, fintech, or analytics projects will be preferred

Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
