Qualification: Graduate in Commerce / Finance / Accounting

Job Description

We are looking for ARC Analysts with experience in Account Reconciliation, General Accounting and R2R processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Execute Account Reconciliation and Control (ARC) activities.
- Perform General Accounting and R2R operations.
- Conduct account analysis and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Identify and resolve accounting discrepancies.
- Support month-end and period-end closing activities.




- Investigate outstanding items and ensure timely resolution.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to maintain accounting accuracy.

Required Skills:

- General Accounting / R2R.
- Account Reconciliation and Control (ARC).
- Balance Sheet Reconciliation.
- Account Analysis.
- Period-end Closing.
- Analytical and stakeholder-management skills.

Eligibility:

- Graduate in Commerce, Finance or Accounting.
- 3–5 years of relevant GA/R2R experience for the junior opening.
- 5–7 years of relevant GA/R2R experience for senior openings.

Pay: ₹1,300,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
