Role Description

The Technical Coordinator will keeps design and technical information aligned across all disciplines on Major Commercial Property Limited's developments. The role coordinates architects, engineers and contractors so that drawings, models and specifications are clash-free, compliant and approved on time, using Autodesk Construction Cloud as the single source of truth.

Key responsibilities

Design coordination

- Coordinate design information between architectural, structural, MEP, façade and fit-out consultants through each design stage.
- Organise and minute design coordination meetings, and track actions to closure.
- Review drawings and specifications for completeness, consistency and buildability before issue.

BIM and model coordination

- Manage federated models and run clash detection in Autodesk Construction Cloud (Model Coordination), assigning and tracking issues to resolution.




- Check consultant deliverables against the BIM Execution Plan and company information requirements.

Technical submittals and RFIs

- Manage technical submittals, material approvals, shop drawings and method statements through ACC review workflows.
- Raise, track and close RFIs and technical queries within agreed response times.
- Maintain technical registers and report overdue items weekly.

Qualifications, experience and skills

Essential

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, civil engineering, or construction management.
- 2–4 years' technical or design coordination experience on commercial building projects.
- Hands-on experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud (or BIM 360), Revit and Navisworks.
- Able to read and review architectural, structural and MEP drawings.

Pay: ₹63,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per year
