Designation: Senior Production Manager

Salary : 15L to 18L pa

Qualification : Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.

Experience: Min 8+ year

Location: Vasai (East)

Key Responsibilities

- Production Planning & Control :
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly production plans.
- Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of orders.
- Coordinate with design, purchase, stores, quality and assembly departments.
- Monitor job progress and resolve production bottlenecks.
- Ensure optimum utilization of manpower and machinery.
- Quality & Compliance :
- Ensure compliance with GMP requirements and applicable pharmaceutical industry standards.
- Maintain manufacturing documentation and inspection records.
- Coordinate with the QA/QC department for quality inspections.




- Ensure proper material traceability and process control.
- Manpower Management :
- Manage supervisors, engineers, technicians, fitters, welders and operators.
- Allocate work according to production priorities.
- Monitor employee productivity and performance.
- Cost & Productivity Control :
- Control production costs and minimize material wastage.
- Improve production efficiency and machine utilization.
- Implement 5S, Kaizen and Lean Manufacturing practices.

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
