Job Overview

We are hiring Customer Care Associates for a voice process in Bangalore. Candidates will handle customer calls, resolve queries, provide accurate information, and ensure a positive customer experience through effective communication.

Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply. Candidates with prior BPO experience will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
- Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions.
- Follow communication scripts and process guidelines.
- Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
- Identify opportunities to promote additional products or services.
- Build positive customer relationships through skilled communication.
- Meet assigned productivity, quality, and performance targets.
- Maintain good product and process knowledge.
- Handle customer queries during weekends and festivals, as required.





Eligibility Criteria

- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Intermediate.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Minimum 6 months of BPO experience preferred.
- Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Candidates proficient in regional languages such as Telugu, Gujarati, Tamil, or Kannada may also apply, subject to process requirements.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
- Must be comfortable working from the office in rotational shifts.
- Minimum Versant Level 4 is mandatory.
