Job Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic, confident, and communication-focused Telecalling Executives to join our team.

The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, connecting with prospective and existing customers, explaining financial service offerings, generating leads, scheduling client meetings, and supporting business development activities.

This position is suitable for freshers who want to start their careers in financial services as well as experienced candidates with telecalling, sales, or customer support backgrounds.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Generate leads and identify potential customers for financial services.
- Explain company services, including Demat accounts, mutual funds, SIPs, insurance, and other financial products.




- Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.
- Schedule appointments and meetings for Relationship Managers and sales teams.
- Maintain daily calling records and update lead status in CRM software.
- Follow up on pending leads and ensure timely communication.
- Achieve assigned daily calling, lead generation, and business targets.
- Maintain professional telephone etiquette and customer relationships.
- Handle basic customer queries and coordinate with the concerned departments.
- Support referral generation and customer acquisition activities.
- Follow company policies and applicable financial services communication guidelines.

Required Skills

- Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
- Confident telephone conversation and customer-handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to handle outbound calls and follow-ups.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
- Professional behaviour and punctuality.

Eligibility Criteria

- 12th pass or graduate candidates can apply.
- Freshers are welcome.
- Experience in telecalling, telesales, banking, insurance, financial services,



or customer support will be preferred.
