Roles and Responsibilities

- Handle customer interactions through inbound or outbound voice calls, as per process requirements.
- Understand customer queries and provide appropriate information.
- Assist customers with their requirements in a professional manner.
- Maintain clear and effective communication during customer interactions.
- Follow established process guidelines and quality standards.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.




- Ensure a positive customer experience through effective communication.

Candidate Requirements

- 0–6 months of experience in customer support, sales, or a related field.
- English communication proficiency at B2 level.
- Good verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with standard applications.
- Ability to understand customer requirements and respond appropriately.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.

Work Schedule

- Working Days: 5.5 days per week.
- Shifts: Rotational.
- Weekly Off: Rotational.
