Sales Coordinator – IT Hardware & Infrastructure Rental

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound enquiries and follow up with prospective clients.
- Generate leads through calls, emails and online platforms.
- Coordinate with the sales team for quotations, proposals and client requirements.
- Follow up on sales leads, pending offers and business opportunities.
- Maintain customer databases, sales reports and CRM records.
- Coordinate with operations and logistics teams for client requirements and order processing.
- Build robust relationships with existing and prospective corporate customers.
