Job Responsibilities

- Store Operations
- Manage the overall day-to-day operations of the supermarket.
- Ensure the store opens and closes on time.
- Maintain proper store layout, product display and cleanliness.
- Ensure smooth operations across all departments.
- Staff Management
- Supervise and manage all store employees.
- Prepare staff duty rosters and attendance.
- Allocate daily duties and monitor employee performance.
- Ensure staff discipline, punctuality and proper grooming.
- Conduct regular staff briefings and training.
- Sales & Customer Service
- Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Monitor sales performance and take necessary actions to improve sales.
- Ensure excellent customer service.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain good customer relationships.




- Stock & Inventory Management
- Monitor stock availability and ensure proper replenishment.
- Control stock shortages, damages and expiry products.
- Conduct regular stock verification.
- Monitor receiving, transfers and supplier deliveries.
- Ensure proper FIFO / FEFO practices.
- Minimise stock loss and wastage.
- Billing & Cash Management
- Monitor cashier operations and billing accuracy.
- Ensure proper cash handling and daily cash closing.
- Verify sales reports and cash reconciliation.
- Prevent billing errors and cash discrepancies.
- Store Maintenance & Hygiene

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ernakulam, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

- Supermarket: 1 year (Preferred)
